  4. @Christy (Nibbles) Im following a version of Weight Watchers known as Simply Filling, which involves mostly whole natural foods. I do enjoy other foods, but only occasionally and in moderation. I dont eat anything fried or fatty, and I also dont drink carbonated beverages.
